Matters of marriage, divorce, inheritance, alimony and property rights are subject to family attorneys. Although there is no statutory law in this case.

In particular, we do not have any statutory law on property sharing. These rights vary from situation to situation.

So how much a woman or a man shares in property is governed according to her religion. At the same time, the number of partners of the heir is also a matter of consideration. So the extent of a person's rights depends on how many partners he has. And in common law, the right to property means the right to acquire and enjoy property. He who has the right to property also has the right to sell and transfer that property.

According to family law, women get the property of their husbands. Life title means the right of the wife to inherit the property after the death of the husband. The wife cannot transfer the property to the husband in any way. Women do not get a share of the father's property.

In Hindu, wife and daughter do not have the right to the property of the deceased. Property is male-dominated or follows the male heir. Even if the deceased has no son, the daughters cannot inherit the property. According to the law, if there is an unmarried daughter, she will be under the care of the mother and will be raised on the property left by the father.

Wealth means a special right of the wife. Wealth means a woman's own unconquerable property. The wife herself is the full owner of this property, so she also has the freedom to enjoy this property. The woman can spend, donate, sell, will or transfer this property as she wishes. In this case, there are some differences between family laws.

In Islam, women are given a share of the property of father and husband. However, the daughter gets half of the son's share in the father's property. If the wife has children, she also gets a share of the husband's property.

Under Christian law, after the death of the husband, his wife receives a share of the husband's property. However, in order to get the property, he has to have children. If there is no child, the wife does not get any part of her husband's property. Son and daughter are equal partners in father's property. In Christianity, if a son survives after the death of his father, the sister receives nothing. If the deceased has two sons, the eldest son gets twice as much as the younger son.
